Default Delivery Timing

Collection

  • Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

  • Weekends (Saturday - Sunday): 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
    Note: Collection times may vary during public holidays. We will notify you in advance if any changes occur.

Return

  • Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Weekends (Saturday - Sunday): 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
    Note: Return times may vary during public holidays. We will notify you in advance if any changes occur.

Important Notes:

  • Someone must be present at the designated location for the collection and return of the equipment. Renticulous will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items if special instructions are provided, such as leaving equipment in shoe racks, risers, or at doors.

  • While we typically deploy our own fleet of drivers, we may occasionally use third-party delivery services such as Lalamove, Gogovan, or Grab Delivery.

  • If you require a delivery or collection outside of the specified time frames, or need it during critical timings, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
