Rental Agreement

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting camera gear from our company. By renting our camera gear, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Rental Period 
The rental period begins on the date the equipment is scheduled for pick-up or delivery and ends on the date the equipment is returned to our company. The rental period includes weekends and holidays.

Rental Fees 
Rental fees are based on the rental period and the equipment rented. Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. Rental fees are non-refundable. Change of date or cancellation of rental will incur a 100% cancellation fee at all times.

Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for specific rentals. The amount of the security deposit is based on the equipment rented. The security deposit will be refunded to the renter upon the return of the equipment in the same condition it was rented.

Use of Equipment 
The equipment rented is to be used only for its intended purpose. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period. The renter must use the equipment in a responsible and professional manner.

Damage or Loss of Equipment 
The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period. The renter will be charged for any repairs or replacement costs for damaged or lost equipment.

Equipment Return
The renter must return the equipment to our company on the date specified in the rental agreement. The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented. Late returns will be charged an additional rental fee based on the extended days. 1st day pricing will be charged should the renter return the equipment after the designated timing without prior informing us.

Liability 
Our company is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the rental period. The renter is responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur while using the equipment.

Rental Agreement
The rental agreement is a legal contract between our company and the renter. The renter must agree to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement before renting camera gear from our company.

Governing Law
The terms and conditions of this rental agreement are governed by the laws of the state where our company is located. Equipment Availability: Our company reserves the right to substitute equipment in the event that the requested equipment is not available.

Termination
Our company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the renter fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
